5jdl Terms & Conditions

To register and use the 5jdl platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years old. 5jdl does not permit persons under 21 to register or use any part of the platform, including free-play modes.
• Location: 5jdl is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is not permitted.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active account on 5jdl. Registering multiple accounts under different names or details is prohibited.

Your 5jdl account is personal to you. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• You may not share your account credentials or allow another person to use your account.
• You are solely responsible for all activity carried out under your account login.
• Account names must match your legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued ID. Inaccurate names will be flagged during KYC verification.
• Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy procedures as notified to you by the platform.
• 5jdl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in cases of suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, or serious terms violations.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you may request this through the support channel. Any remaining verified balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the withdrawal procedures in place at that time.

All deposits on 5jdl are made in Philippine Peso (₱). The following conditions apply:

• Accepted deposit methods include Philippine bank transfer, online/mobile banking via InstaPay or PESONet, and supported local e-wallets.
• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on 5jdl.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.
• 5jdl does not charge deposit processing fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges separately.

Deposits are credited to your 5jdl account balance in PHP once the transaction is confirmed through the relevant payment channel. Unrecognised or disputed charges should be reported to support with your transaction reference.

Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso. Before submitting a withdrawal request, your account must have completed KYC verification. Additional conditions that apply:

• Withdrawals may only be sent to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your verified 5jdl account.
• Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are shown in the Cashier section.
• Active bonus funds with unfulfilled wagering requirements may restrict withdrawal of the bonus portion of your balance. Your deposit funds that are not subject to an active bonus are generally not restricted.
• OTP confirmation is required for all withdrawal requests as a security measure.

In cases of a technical malfunction that materially affects a game outcome, 5jdl will investigate and apply a resolution that is fair to the player. The platform's determination in these matters is final.

5jdl takes account security seriously and expects users to do the same. Your obligations regarding account security include:

• Keep your password and OTP codes private. Do not share them with anyone, including persons claiming to be 5jdl staff.
• 5jdl will never ask for your full password via any communication channel.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, change your password immediately and contact support.

KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification is required before your first withdrawal. This involves submitting a government-issued ID and confirming your registered details. KYC is a one-time process per account — once approved, it does not need to be repeated for subsequent withdrawals. 5jdl handles KYC data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5jdl provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and service quality, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• 5jdl is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, connectivity issues, or force majeure events outside our reasonable control.
• 5jdl is not responsible for financial losses resulting from your gaming decisions. All wagers are made at your own risk.
• 5jdl's total liability to any individual user for any claim arising from platform use shall not exceed the balance held in that user's verified account at the time of the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits 5jdl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

5jdl reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users through the platform or by email. The updated terms will be effective from the date shown on this page.

Continued use of the 5jdl platform after updated terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure.
